Sobhita Dhulipala is set to headline a brand-new crime-thriller titled Cheekatilo, with the official poster being unveiled on January 8, 2026. This announcement comes just a day after Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared the first look at her upcoming film, Maa Inti Bangaaram.

Cheekatilo is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on January 23, 2026. Set against the urban backdrop of Hyderabad, the film tells the story of a true-crime podcaster who finds herself entangled in a dangerous narrative. The streaming platform shared the poster on Instagram with the caption, "Before the night creeps in, Sandhya arrives brace for an impact #CheekatiloOnPrime, New Movie, Jan 23." The film is directed by Sharan Kopishetty and produced by the veteran D. Suresh Babu under the prestigious Suresh Productions banner. Alongside The Night Manager actress, the cast features Viswadev Rachakonda, Jhansi, Aamani, and Esha Chawla.
