However, a few days ago, reports began circulating suggesting that the makers were reconsidering the release plan and had decided to push the film to a later date. According to industry buzz, the move was prompted by the crowded release window, as the comedy entertainer was set to clash with two highly anticipated big-ticket films—Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 and Yash’s Toxic, both of which are expected to dominate the box office.
Putting an end to all speculation, the makers of Dhamaal 4 have now officially confirmed the postponement. On Saturday, the production team announced that the film will no longer arrive on Eid 2026 and has instead been rescheduled for a theatrical release on 12th June 2026. With this change in plans, the makers have strategically ensured that the comedy franchise avoids a direct box office clash with Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic, allowing Dhamaal 4 to enjoy a clear release window and reach audiences without facing stiff competition from major action-driven releases.
T-Series shared a poster that read, "Dhamaal Times. Breaking News. Dhamaal 4 in cinemas 12th June 2026. Ab Dhamaal bola hai toh karna hi padega. Stay tuned!" The caption of the post read, "Jaldi bata rahein hain, phir Dhamaal machane bhi toh jaana hai Stay Tuned!"
Featuring a powerhouse ensemble, the film stars Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra and Jaaved Jaaferi, along with Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkar and Ravi Kishan. With such a diverse and popular cast, the film promises to deliver a full-blown laugh riot for audiences. In September 2025, Ajay Devgn confirmed that the shoot of Dhamaal 4 had been wrapped up.
