Actress Girija Oak worked with Shah Rukh Khan in the movie Jawan, where she played the role of his squad member Ishkra. The actress earned massive appreciation for her role in the blockbuster movie. Girija often talks about her experience of working with 'King Khan' and praises him for his modesty every time. Recently, the actress shed light on Shah Rukh's tough phase during the shoot. She also opened up about how, despite having a challenging time at home, the actor never let it affect his work or overall conduct on set.

Girija Oak recently talked about how the filming of Jawan and Aryan Khan's arrest in a drug case was around the same time. During an interview with Siddharth Kannan, she said, "People had started accusing him, and it was all in very bad taste. In spite of this happening, the grace that man holds. Not once has he lost his cool on set; he never shouted at anyone, and I’m sure he must be going through turmoil in his life at that time, but he showed up on time no matter what and always did his part well. And two years is a long time to judge anyone’s personality, and I shot with him for many months, so I have really gotten to see him through all of these phases."

She further highlighted that Shah Rukh was not attending any event and was also not shooting for Jawan. She added, "So I didn’t see him during this time; nobody had access to Mr Khan at that point in time. We met him when we resumed shoot and by that time the case was almost over, and he was the same person that he was before, absolutely professional, composed, and graceful."

Aryan Khan Drug Case

In October 2021, Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after his connection was found with a drug case following a raid at a cruise party. Aryan spent almost 20 days in jail and in between, several hearings were going on in which Shah Rukh Khan appeared without fail. After the investigation, Aryan was granted bail, but the case still continued.

In May 2022, SRK's son Aryan was given a clean chit after the NCB filed its chargesheet, officially clearing his name.
