Kim Seokjin’s introduction to the music industry happened entirely by chance due to his impressive physical appearance. He was an ordinary university student focusing entirely on acting studies when a talent scout noticed him stepping off a public bus. Although he had no initial training in singing or dancing, he started from zero to learn these new skills. He even appeared as an extra in music videos before his official debut.

Jeon Jungkook auditioned for a popular television talent show, and although he did not win, his natural performance skills caught the attention of many industry insiders. Seven different major music entertainment agencies instantly tried to sign him to a contract.
