Television couple Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth have delighted fans with a special surprise. As their daughter Veda celebrated her first birthday on June 10, the couple finally revealed her face on social media. The heartwarming post featured adorable family moments from the birthday celebration and quickly won the hearts of followers. Until now, the couple had always hidden their daughter's face in pictures shared online.

Ishita and Vatsal marked Veda’s first birthday with a joint Instagram post, sharing several pictures from the family event. And just like that, she is one," they wrote next to the pictures. Happy Birthday, Veda.” The post gave fans their first clear look at the little one and was met with an outpouring of love from friends, celebrities, and followers.

In the birthday album, Veda was seen in a bright yellow outfit with cute ponytails. The occasion saw Ishita and Vatsal coordinating their looks in soft blue-toned outfits. The celebration also included a colourful cartoon-themed birthday cake, adding a playful touch to the event.

Couple Had Kept Veda Away From The Spotlight

Although Ishita and Vatsal often shared family pictures, they never revealed Veda’s face publicly. In previous posts they covered her face in heart emojis to protect her privacy. The birthday post was made even more special by their decision to finally introduce her to fans.

In December 2025, the couple celebrated Veda’s Bengali Annaprashan ceremony, when she had her first taste of rice. They captioned the post at the time, “Veda’s first taste of rice wrapped in blessings, love, and tradition.

Ishita and Vatsal first became parents on July 19, 2023 with the birth of their son Vaayu. Later, they welcomed daughter Veda in June 10, 2025 and announced her arrival with the message, "From two to four hearts beating as one. Our family is now complete. Blessed with a baby girl."

Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth first met on the sets of the TV show Rishton Ka Saudagar Baazigar. They dated for a few years before getting married in 2017 and have become one of the most loved couples on television. Ishita was last seen in De De Pyaar De 2 (2025) with Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and R Madhavan. Ishita Dutta is back as Anju Salgaonkar in the much-awaited Hindi thriller Drishyam 3, releasing on October 2, 2026.

Meanwhile, Vatsal Seth was last seen in the Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer mythological epic Adipurush (2023), where he played the antagonist Indrajit, and Gujarati film Surprise (2025). His next releases are the Gujarati film Firki and the AI-generated film Happy Birthday Joshi.
