Vivek Agnihotri New Film: There is a strong buzz in the film industry about T-Series and filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri joining hands for a film based on India’s Operation Sindoor, which targeted the terror base camps in Pakistan following the deadly attack in Pahalgam in 2025. Although there is no official confirmation, reports suggest that the film is already in the works.

Reports Suggest Film On Operation Sindoor

According to a report by India Today, Vivek Agnihotri did not confirm or deny the news. However, he did reveal that he is working on something significant. He said, “I am not disclosing any name. I am saying I am working on a big nationalistic project, and I will announce it at my own time. It's very big, very interesting.” His statement has only added more curiosity among fans and industry watchers.

A report by Pinkvilla claimed that the film is based on the codename Operation Sindoor. According to sources quoted in the report, Bhushan Kumar and Vivek Agnihotri have collaborated on the project. The film is said to be produced under T-Series and I Am Buddha Productions, with Agnihotri directing it.

What Was Operation Sindoor?

Operation Sindoor was the code name for the military operation conducted by India on 6 and 7 May 2025 as a response to a deadly Terror attack in Pahalgam on 22nd April 2025, on tourists and civilians. The operation was said to be a measured response to destroy terror infrastructure and halt further cross-border infiltration.

Meanwhile, T-Series is currently enjoying the success of Border 2, while Agnihotri’s last film, The Bengal Files, was released in September 2025. An official announcement regarding the new project is yet to come.
