Jana Nayagan is all set to hit the theatres on July 23. This comes after months of postponement faced by the movie in a last few months. Advance bookings for the film opened on Sunday, four days ahead of its release, and received a record-breaking response.

Jana Nayagan Advance Booking Opens

According to Sacnilk, by Tuesday, July 21, Jana Nayagan had sold over 6 lakh opening-day tickets across India, setting the stage for one of the biggest openings of the year.

The film is set for a massive release with 8,000 shows nationwide, including over 3,500 in Tamil Nadu. According to trade reports, its opening-day advance bookings have crossed Rs 15 crore in India, while the global first-weekend advance sales have surpassed Rs 27 crore.
