BTS greeted Indian fans with 'Namaste' and spoke in Hindi in a new Google Gemini ad, saying, 'Humne aapko bahut miss kiya', sparking fresh speculation about a possible India visit.
Soon after the campaign was released, Indian ARMY began wondering if the Hindi message was a possible hint at an India visit. Excitement around BTS performing in India has remained high, particularly after V previously greeted Indian fans with a ‘Namaste’. However, there is currently no official confirmation of an India concert.
India was also not included in BTS’ officially announced Arirang World Tour schedule. Despite the group’s recent India-focused interactions and the growing buzz among fans, the country remains absent from the announced itinerary. This has left fans cautiously optimistic about the possibility of a future India leg.
The latest Google Gemini campaign has therefore sparked mixed reactions among Indian ARMY, with some hoping the Hindi message could be a subtle hint, while others believe it is simply part of the brand’s India-focused advertising campaign. For now, BTS have not confirmed any plans to visit India.
Meanwhile, BTS recently announced their withdrawal from next year’s Grammys through identical statements shared on their individual Instagram accounts. The members said they wanted their music to be heard and appreciated without being divided by region or language.
