Surabhi Vanzara spoke about converting to Hinduism after her marriage. Speaking with TeleChakkar, she said, "Keeping in mind the tradition of changing the daughter-in-law’s name in her in-laws’ house, I decided to change my name to Surabhi Vanzara."
The actress added, "Long before we met, my husband's parents used to joke that they would find a girl named Surabhi for Saurabh."
Surabhi Vanzara married Saurabh M. Vanzara, who is a wealthy Gujarati man, on August 22, 2011.

Kushagra joked that Surabhi looked like she would fly away on a broom and had a 'Komolika' vibe. She hit back, "What’s your name, sir? Everybody else I do know."
Samay then asked if she was usually like this. Surabhi replied, "This is all thanks to you. Meeting you is not easy, Samay. It’s quite mentally disturbing. You disturb the entire country."
