Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav is currently facing legal proceedings after surrendering at Tihar Jail in connection with a long-pending cheque-bounce case amounting to nearly Rs 9 crore. Since the news surfaced, several members of the film industry have extended their support. Amid this, an old video of the actor thanking Salman Khan during a media interaction recently went viral. The throwback clip led to speculation that Salman may have helped Rajpal get out of Tihar Jail in the debt case. However, his wife, Radha Yadav, has dismissed claims, clarifying that he has not been released and remains in custody at Tihar jail.
Rajpal Yadav Not Out Of Tihar Jail
Amid the widely circulated Rajpal's old video, the actor's wife Radha Yadav addressed rumours about his release from Tihar Jail. She told Bombay Times, "As of now, he is not out of Tihar Jail. The bail hearing is scheduled for Monday (February 16)."
Sharing an update about the actor's well-being, Radha added, “He is okay, from what I understand."
She also expressed her hope that Rajpal Yadav would be released soon. "We are very hopeful that he will be out soon. That's all I can say now. Once Rajpalji is out, he will be able speak to you and the media and give further clarity on the matter," Rajpal's wife stated.
