Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela have largely kept their children away from the public eye. The couple welcomed their daughter, Klin Kaara, in June 2023, followed by twins Shivram and Anveera Devi in January 2026. As Klin Kaara celebrated her third birthday, the proud parents shared her face publicly for the first time. In the adorable picture, Ram and Upasana held their daughter in their arms, with all three twinning in blue outfits.
Sharing the photo on Instagram, Upasana wrote, "Happy Birthday Klin Kaara our precious little one." The post quickly received love from fans and celebrities alike, including Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who reacted with teary-eyed and heart emojis.
Many fans pointed out Klin Kaara’s striking resemblance to her mother. A fan commented, "Dear mother, I wish you to celebrate many more birthdays like this. Always be happy happy like this, always ma," another fan commented, "Finally our Little Mega Princess face revealed, HBD Papa," a netizen wrote on Instagram, "She's Looking like her atha," a fan wrote, "This is the call once and for all, I have to understand," others also dropped similar reactions.
In a conversation with Times Now, Ram Charan talked about fatherhood, stating, "Upasana, in general, is the boss at home; we are taught to say this. Everything is quite spontaneous with us; an actor’s life is very spontaneous – you don’t know where you are, how late you are working, or when you are waking up. It’s difficult to design and live a life in a house with parents or with your spouse. There is a lot of adjustment that goes behind it."
Ram Charan and Upasana, who were once schoolmates, reconnected years later in Hyderabad and eventually fell in love. After getting engaged in 2011, they married in a grand ceremony in 2012. The couple are parents to three children—daughter Klin Kaara and twins Shiva Ram and Anveera Devi. On the work front, Ram was last seen in Peddi, which emerged as a major box-office success with a worldwide collection of Rs 400 crore.
