On December 30, Rashmika Mandanna made her acting debut with Kirik Party, one of Kannada cinema's biggest hits, opposite Rakshit Shetty. The actress celebrated this major milestone in her career as she completed nine years in the film industry. Reflecting on her journey, she thanked fans for all the love and support throughout and for accepting her the way she is. She also credited them for helping her sustain her career over these nine years.
Rashmika Mandanna took to her Instagram stories and expressed heartfelt gratitude to fans. Her post read, “9 yearsss!! I still can’t fully wrap my head around that..26 films later, what I’m most proud of isn’t just the work… it’s the family I’ve found along the way. All the love, the patience, the faith, the little moments, the big moments… everything from these nine years makes my heart feel so full. full of joy.. full of pride… full of gratitude. Today, reading your posts, your messages, your tweets, it genuinely made my heart smile so much. It made me feel calm, content, and sooo loved Thank you for standing by me through every phase, every high, every doubt, every learning."
The actress added, "Honestly… I still don’t know how I survived these nine years But I do know one thing.. I survived because of youuu Thank you for accepting me the way I am..Thank you for loving me so generously..Thank you for supporting me even when I was still figuring myself out..What we share today feels much bigger than just an actor and the people who watch her films.. somewhere along the way it quietly turned into family And that means everything to me.. I keep you so close to my heart.. always. I really hope this bond stays for a lifetime. I hope I continue to grow, learn, and do work that makes you feel proud. Kirik Party On OTT: Where To Watch Rashmika Mandanna's Debut Film?
Kannada romantic comedy Kirik Party was released in 2016 and is available for streaming on Jio Hotstar. Directed by Rishab Shetty and produced under Paramvah Studios, Kirik Party became a massive success at the box office.
Rashmika Mandanna started her career with the Kannada film Kirik Party in 2016. Later, in 2018, she made her Telugu film debut with Chalo. This was followed by several Telugu films, including Pushpa, which earned her immense recognition. She entered Bollywood with Goodbye opposite Amitabh Bachchan and was also seen in Mission Majnu, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. Rashmika has also appeared in Animal, Sikandar, Chhaava and Thamma.
On the personal front, Rashmika Mandanna is currently surrounded by wedding rumours with Vijay Deverakonda. As per reports, the wedding is scheduled for February 26, 2026, and will take place at a palace in Udaipur.
