Social media influencer RJ Mahvash and Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal are once again making headlines after fans noticed that the two unfollowed each other on Instagram. Soon after, social media was flooded with rumours about a possible fallout between them. Now, Mahvash has finally reacted to the ongoing speculation and clarified her bond with Chahal. She also addressed the dating rumours that have been circulating online for months.

During a recent interview with Pinkvilla, when Mahvash was asked about follow unfollow things with Yuzvendra Chahal, she said people often make small matters look much bigger than they actually are. Talking about the Instagram unfollow, she explained that disagreements between friends are normal.

She said, “Friends ke beech follow-unfollow ka drama hota rehta hai, it’s not a big deal.” (Friends often go through follow-unfollow drama on social media; it’s not a big deal.) 

Mahvash further shared that life is too short to hold negativity, and people should learn to forgive and move on peacefully.

RJ Mahvash Clears Air On Relationship Rumours With Yuzvendra Chahal 

When asked whether their friendship had ever turned into a romantic relationship, Mahvash clearly denied the rumours. She stated that there was never anything beyond friendship between them.

She explained, “Us samay woh tough phase se guzar rahe the, jaisa ki unhone v bataya ki suicidal thoughts wgereh the aur maine sirf ek achhe dost ki tarah support kiya.” (At that time, he was going through a difficult phase, as he said, he was going through suicidal thoughts, and I simply supported him like a good friend.)

Why RJ Mahvash And Chahal Dating Rumours Started? 

Dating rumours around Chahal and Mahvash began after the two were spotted together multiple times. Speculation became stronger following reports of Chahal’s separation from his ex-wife Dhanashree Verma.

However, both Mahvash and Chahal have repeatedly mentioned that they share only a friendship. Earlier, Chahal had also dismissed the rumours during a podcast appearance and said there was no truth to such claims.
