Calling Shah Rukh Khan a gentleman won't be an exaggeration. He is known for his modest nature and often wins hearts with his humility alone. Recently, Girija Oak, who worked with Shah Rukh in the movie Jawan, opened up about the true nature of the actor and revealed how he would go out of his way to make sure that all the female cast and crew are safe and comfortable. While remembering the shoot days, Girija also shared how the 'King Khan' is well-aware of who he's working with and treats them with utmost respect, irrespective of their stature.
Girija Oak played the role of Shah Rukh Khan's squad member Ishkra in the blockbuster movie Jawan. Recently, the actress got candid about her experience of working with the mega star. In a conversation with Hautterfly, Girija shared, "During the shoot, Shah Rukh once made a mistake while delivering a dialogue. He immediately apologized to everyone from the junior onwards, Saying, ‘because of me, you will have to do one more take, sorry.'"
Recalling a similar incident, she revealed how the temperature was always really low, as Shah Rukh was shooting with a wig and if the temperature would go up, he would sweat excessively. She shared, "If the environment wasn’t cold enough, he would sweat excessively because of the wig. But this meant the rest of us were freezing. Once the shot was ready, everyone would remove their jackets and prepare for the scene."
Girija also opened up about up abut how Shah Rukh used to take full responsibilities of his errors and revealed, "With the cold and the delay already in place, he looked at everyone and genuinely said, 'I am really sorry.' A star of his stature didn't need to do that, but he did."
Opening up about Khan's humility, Girija added, "He is always aware of who he is working with and consistently treats everyone on set with respect."

The actress also revealed how he went out of his way in Chennai to make sure every female co-star was safe. She stated, "When we were leaving for director Atlee's birthday celebration, Shsh Rukh sir asked how we were getting there. When we told him we would ne taking the production car, he arranged one vehicle from his security convoy to follow us all the way to the hotel."
According to the actress, Shah Rukh's security stayed with them until they reached the hotel lift. "They wished us good night and left only after making sure we were safe," she wrapped up.
