Shilpa Shinde is a popular Indian television actress best known for her role as Angoori Bhabhi in the hit comedy show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai. She also proved her strong and honest personality by winning the Bigg Boss Season 11. The actress never shies away from talking about the struggles she faced to make her name in the show business. Recently, the actress reflected upon her journey as an artist and how her dedication is finally paying off after so many years of hard work.

Shilpa Shinde recently opened up about her struggles as an actor. During a conversation with Bollywood Bubbles, she said, “Joh maine face kiya hai, woh mujhe pata hai aur wo change nahi bhi hoga kabhi, hume apni jagah banani padti hai aur uske liye mehnat karni padti hai, aur agar aap ne hardwork kiya hai toh aap ko milega, ye mera hard work hai. Aaj kal main dekhti hu artists bhi bohot pareshan karte hai, pehle jab newcomers hote hai toh sab cheeze accept kar lete hai aur jaise thode se popular ho jate hai wo apne rang dikhane lagte hai toh woh wrong hai (I know what I have faced and that cannot be changed. We had to make room for ourselves and to do that, we had to work hard, and if you worked hard enough, then you would get what you deserved. Earlier, newcomers used to accept everything and once they gained a little popularity, they showed their true colours).”

Shilpa further urged new artists to be respectful towards their producers and said, "Producer ke uppar channel hota hai, toh ek alag tareeke ka pressure hota hai producer ke uppar. Aur artists ke uppar producer ka pressure hota hai, aur fir uske baad agar wo artist fail jaaye toh har cheez manage karna bohot difficult hoti hai(Producer is already under a lot of pressure from the channel. And then the producer puts pressure on the artist. After that, if an artist fails, managing the failure is even more difficult).”

Explaining her statement, Shilpa said, “Jaise ki hum chaar hi log hai lekin fir bhi ek ke liye rukna pade toh wo sabhi ko rukna padta hai… inme se agar ek bhi jan tantrum throw kare toh saari team kharab ho jayegi saara show kharab ho jayega. Producer ke bhi point of view se sochna chahiye ki aap galat karte ho, aur fir wahi hota hai hi sukhe ke saath gila bhi fasta hai, ki har ek ko ek hi tareeke se dekha jaata hai (For example, we are just four people, and if we have to wait for one, we will all have to wait. If even one person throws tantrums, the entire team gets affected. One should also think from the producer's perspective that when one person acts up, it ends up ruining things for everybody else)."
