The couple shared the happy news on social media and revealed that their baby is due in June 2026. Surbhi Jyoti and Sumit Suri got married on October 27, 2024, at Aahana Resorts in Jim Corbett. It was an intimate wedding attended by close friends and family members. Before their wedding, Surbhi had shared photos from her pre-wedding celebrations. The couple had originally planned to get married in March 2024 but postponed it due to preparation issues and venue availability.
Reports suggest that Surbhi and Sumit fell in love while working together on the music video Haanji - The Marriage Mantra, where they played a bride and groom.
