Jana Nayagan is set to be Vijay’s final acting venture before he transitions to full-time politics. He himself got emotional while talking about his last film and even set the stage on fire with his one final dance performance for his fans. The video quickly went viral, leaving fans emotional, with many reacting by saying, 'We will miss you.'

Vijay grooved to the track Thalapathy Kacheri from his upcoming Tamil film Jana Nayagan, composed and sung by Anirudh Ravichander. His energetic dance moves on stage were met with loud cheers and applause. Fans quickly shared the superstar's final dance performance widely, flooding social media with their emotional reactions.

Actor-politician Vijay revealed that he decided to give up cinema to stand up for his fans who gave him everything. At the event, he said, "When I entered the cinema, I thought I was building a small sand house here. But you all have built me a palace. Fans helped me build a fort… That’s why I’ve decided to stand for them. For the fans who gave up everything for me, I’m giving up cinema itself."

The audio launch event will be telecast on Zee Tamil on January 4, 2026.

Vijay's final film is set to release worldwide on January 9, 2026, for Pongal. The film will face a clash with Prabhas’ The Raja Saab and Red Giant Movies’ Parasakthi starring Sivakarthikeyan, releasing on the same day.
