After having a no-kiss policy for 18 long years, Tamannaah Bhatia opened up about the truth of not doing kissing scenes for a long time and finally after a long period of pure creative endeavor she opted for the path, where many people thought the actor is doing much to gain popularity.

According to a report inPinkvilla, Tamannaah Bhatia said, "I was that audience that would get awkward and I was that audience that 'main ye kabhi nahi karungi', 'Main kabhi nahi kiss karungi on screen." She also added that she has changed as a person a lot and has worked on herself to enter a different framework.

She continued and said, "Because India is huge and there are so many parts of India that still need to evolve. There is a lot of evolution that has happened already, thanks to even the internet and social media, everyone has information at their fingertips but I do feel like- because everyone's consuming so much content-I felt like as an actor, I don't want this to be something that is holding me back."

However, Tamannaah Bhatia also clarified the need for the scenes and added, "And this was purely a creative endeavor. Abhi 18 saal ke baad I am not trying to be famous, you know. Like that's not my endeavor or driving force."

Tamannaah Bhatia would be seen in a versatile role as Lavanya in Amazon Prime Video's 'Jee Karda.' The series is based on love, friendship, fights, and complications with subtle humor and comedy.
