The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Thursday ratified its inaugural National Working Committee (NWC), marking a key step in its organisational expansion. Founded by Abhijeet Dipke, the youth-led movement has formalised its core leadership roster to structure its nationwide roadmap as a political pressure group.

"The Cockroach Janta Party formally announces the names of its National Working Committee!" the CJP said on X.

Over the next six months, the CJP plans to establish state coordination committees along with Lok Sabha and city-level units across the country. The CJP confirmed that no other individuals hold official positions within the party outside of the newly ratified NWC.

'Kya Bolti Public' Campaign

The move follows recent student protests led by the CJP last month, which ultimately led to the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Building on that momentum, the party announced it will launch a nationwide 'Kya Bolti Public' campaign next month to engage directly with citizens and understand their grievances.

The announcement came after a CJP meeting held at Dipke’s residence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Addressing a press conference after the meeting, Dipke highlighted education as the campaign's primary focus.

"In September, we will launch a nationwide campaign, 'Kya Bolti Public'," Dipke said, adding, "We will be travelling across the country to meet people and hear them out directly."
