DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has decided to expand the already launched Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025 for government employees. Under this scheme, 1,168 flats were initially being sold in Pocket 9 of Sectors A1-A4 in Narela. Following the positive response to the scheme, the DDA has decided to offer 936 more flats in Pocket 6 of the same sector, A1-A4, jagran.com reported.

Eligibility To Apply

This scheme is only for government employees. It covers all serving and retired employees of the central government, state governments, PSUs, banks, local bodies, universities, and other government institutions.

How Many Flats Are Available And Where?

A total of 936 new flats are being made available in Pocket 6. The plinth area of these flats varies in different categories. The DDA has also offered a 25 per cent discount on these flats. After the discount, the flats are priced in lakhs (maintenance charges will vary).

75 per cent of the flats in the first phase have already been sold. Seeing the positive response, DDA has launched these additional flats to accommodate more employees. This is a great opportunity for government employees.

Earlier in March, DDA opened bookings for its DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, offering affordable, ready-to-move flats in Narela. Under this scheme, a total of 1,944 flats are up for grabs, with prices starting at around Rs 18.35 lakh after a 25 per cent discount. For many first-time homebuyers, especially those with a budget of around Rs 20 lakh, this could be a solid opportunity. The allotment is being done on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis, so timing will matter.

According to a DDA circular, bookings opened at 12 noon on March 27, 2026. Interested buyers can book their flats online through the DDA Awaas Portal under the scheme titled "DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026".

All the flats are located in Narela and are similar in size (49.9 sq m), but spread across different pockets:

- Pocket 6 (Sector G7/G8): Around 381 flats priced at Rs 18.43 lakh

- Pocket 7 (Sector G7/G8): 389 flats priced at Rs 18.43 lakh

- Pocket 11 (Sector G7/G8): 1,174 flats priced at Rs 18.35 lakh

(Prices are after discount and don’t include maintenance charges.)

- Flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, so quicker decisions could help.

- If you’re already registered under any previous FCFS scheme by DDA, you can still apply.

- The scheme is an extension of the one launched in January 2026, where 1,712 flats across categories were offered in Narela and Siraspur.
