Delhi Traffic Advisory: Commuters in the national capital should expect significant traffic disruptions till tuesday, March 31, as the Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory due to the ongoing Film Festival 2026 at Bharat Mandapam near Pragati Maidan. The event, which began on March 25, will continue until March 31, attracting large crowds and VVIP movement.

According to the latest travel advisory, restrictions are in place on key roads around Pragati Maidan:

  • Mathura Road
  • Bhairon Road

These restrictions aim to ensure safety and a smoother traffic flow.

Delhi Traffic Advisory for Film Festival 2026: Timings of Restrictions

Restrictions will be enforced daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, depending on event schedules. Commuters should expect delays, particularly during peak hours.

Delhi Traffic Advisory for Film Festival 2026: Parking Advisory

To reduce congestion, the following parking areas are available:

  • Basement Parking No. 1 (via Bhairon Marg)
  • Basement Parking No. 2 (via Mathura Road)
  • Surface Parking at Bhairon Mandir and National Stadium

No parking will be allowed on Mathura Road and Bhairon Road. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed to the traffic pit in front of Bhairon Mandir on Bhairon Marg.
