Hyderabad News: In an expression of absolute bravery, a Jewellery shop owner confronted two armed robbers who attempted a robbery at his shop, and made them flee the spot. The incident took place at Hyderabad's Rampally X Roads on Friday afternoon and was captured on CCTV camera.
What Happened At The Shop And How Owner Foiled Robbery Attempt
- The CCTV footage, which was shared by news agency PTI, showed the shop owner confronting the attackers, who had covered their faces. Two men had entered his shop, with one of them having a gun, and another carrying an axe.

- The video of the incident, which has surfaced online, shows one of the robbers trying to overpower the jeweller, threatening him with an axe. However, the shop owner confronted him and got hold of him.
- The robbers barged into the shop when the shop owner was attending to customers. The owner’s son was also present at the shop when the incident took place.
- While the owner held the man with an axe and a head covered with a helmet, another robber packed the gold items in a bag. The video shows that robber with his face covered by a mask and a cap trying to flee with a bag of gold, while threatening the shop owner to leave his partner by pointing a gun at his son.
- The shop owner refused to let go of him and bravely fought them.

- According to reports, the robbers had to flee after leaving all the jewellery behind.
However, it is not clear whether robbers were arrested or not.
