JLF 2025 Delhi Preview: The Jaipur Literature Festival, known as the "greatest literary show on earth," will return for its 18th edition from January 30 to February 5, 2025, at Hotel Clarks Amer in Jaipur. Ahead of the main Festival, an exclusive curtain raiser was held in Delhi at The Leela Palace on January 9, providing a glimpse into the intricate, subtle, and meticulous programming that distinguishes this worldwide literary spectacular.
This year, the Festival's subjects reflect storylines that influence our world and books that have piqued our interest with a range of sessions.
Themes And Sessions
Sessions on themes such as Democracy and Equality will look at the age-old desire for fairness and the facts underpinning constitutional principles. The ever-popular Crime Fiction section will feature intriguing stories of mystery and suspense, while the Biographies and Memoirs section promises intimate glimpses into amazing lives.
For foodies, the Gastronomy theme will honour culinary traditions and flavours that bring civilisations together across borders.
