Jharkhand Weather: The weather is expected to fluctuate this week in Jharkhand. The state will witness thunderstorms, storms, and rain on some days while it may experience a rise in temperature on other days. An orange alert for thunderstorms, rain and lightning has been issued for Tuesday. Thunderstorms and rain are likely to occur amid cloud movement until May 17.

According to the Meteorological Department's forecast, a low pressure area has become active in the Bay of Bengal. It is expected to become more pronounced over the next 48 hours. As a result, thunderstorms and rain will continue to occur in various parts of the state for the next several days.

The sea clouds coming from the Gulf will lessen the chill in the weather. As temperatures rise, warmth will also settle in. Around 11 am on Tuesday, Dhanbad experienced light drizzle, bringing moisture to the air.

Temperature To Touch 38 Degrees In 4 Days

Due to the active western disturbance, accompanied by thunderstorms and rain, temperatures remained below normal for 10 days in May, and the weather remained cool. Now, the warm Gulf clouds will increase temperatures.

The maximum temperature, which has reached 31-32 degrees Celsius, could rise by five to six degrees to reach 38 degrees Celsius over the next four days. This will increase the intensity of the sun during the day.

Heavy Rain Likely In UP

The IMD stated that several districts of Uttar Pradesh, including Saharanpur, Gangoh, Deoband, Najibabad, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Hastinapur, Chandpur, Kithaur, Amroha, Moradabad, Garhmukteshwar, Rampur, Syana, Sambhal, Bilari, Chandausi, Bahjoi, and Bareilly are also likely to witness heavy rainfall today.
