A notice has been issued to the Noida-based security firm, APS, regarding the NPB 315 bore rifle seized from the two guards of Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir. According to a report by Jagran, citing sources, information regarding the licenses of both has been sought. Noida Police has also been contacted.

In another development in the case, Patna Police sought information about arrested accused from their homes. Pradeep Kumar belongs to Bewar police station in Mainpuri and Talebar Singh from Sheikhpura police station in Kashganj.

The weapon license has also been sent to Noida Police for investigation to determine whether it is genuine or a fake license has been issued.

On the other hand, the police have not yet recovered the shell from the bullet that was fired upon by the guard. Upon investigation, it was discovered that someone had taken the shells from the site.

According to locals, the scattered shells were immediately removed. Police remained present at the scene on Sunday. Tensions are mounting for Khan Sir as the fire department has issued a notice to his 'Khan Health Care Hospital' after an inspection revealed serious violations of fire safety standards.

The fire department has warned the hospital administration to rectify the discrepancies within 15 days, failing which could lead to legal action to seal the hospital.

The firing incident took place on Tuesday when, as per police, a group of 15 to 20 individuals allegedly entered the premises in the evening, damaged property, and pelted stones.

Khan Sir alleged that his rivals incited an assault as he is providing affordable coaching. Roshan Anand, who runs a coaching institute, was arrested along with his two associates.

However, a fresh video surfaced, a day after attack, which showed his guards firing shots. The video sparked police action and an FIR was registered. Both of his guards were arrested.
