DDA Housing Scheme 2026: The wait is finally over for buyers who were keenly waiting for the booking of the Delhi Development Authority's 'Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026', which will open on Dussehra day, October 20. This scheme is beneficial for those thinking of buying an affordable flat in Delhi to live in or for investment purposes.
According to the DDA website, registration for this scheme will begin on October 14. Under this scheme, the DDA is offering a total of 2,516 flats of the LIG category in Narela, whose price could be around Rs 15 lakh with a 25 per cent discount. Homebuyers can book a flat by paying just Rs 1 lakh.
However, Rs 15 lakh is not the final price of the flat because, after this, you may have to pay separately for the registry, maintenance charges, and extra charges, which can increase the total cost of the house.

DDA Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026: Check Location, Price
Under this DDA scheme, Lower Income Group (LIG) flats are being made available in Narela, Delhi, which aims to provide affordable housing for buyers.
The registration under the said scheme will start on October 14, 2026 from 12:00 PM onwards, and booking will begin on October 20, 2026 from 12:00 PM on the DDA's Awaas Portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in under the scheme title "DDA Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026".
The booking amount for the flats is priced at Rs 1,00,000.
Applicants wishing to book a flat are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 towards onboarding on the DDA's Awaas Portal. Applicants who have already registered on the portal need not register again.
A 25 per cent discount is being given on the price of the flat in this scheme. This can directly reduce the initial cost of buying a house. However, before buying a flat, make sure to calculate your income, savings, home loan, and monthly expenses.
For the Narela sector G2-G6 (Pocket 3), the plinth area is 49.90 square metres, and the approximate price of the flat after a 25 per cent discount is Rs 15.01 lakh.
Similarly, for the Narela sector G2-G6 (Pocket 6), the plinth area is 49.90 square metres, and the approximate price of the flat after a 25 per cent discount is Rs 14.95 lakh.

-Visit the Delhi Development Authority Official Website.
-Sign in or create your user ID using your mobile number and identity details.
-Select the scheme 'DDA Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026'.
-Pay the non-refundable Rs 2,500 onboarding charge online if you are a new user.
-Log in to select your preferred LIG flat (such as Narela G2-G6).
-Pay the Rs 1,00,000 booking amount to reserve your flat on a first-come, first-served basis.
