The scheme is named the DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026. Under this scheme, 209 EWS flats near the Zakhira Flyover on Rohtak Road will be sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
Under the DDA Janta Awaas Yojana, the price of the flats is around Rs 34.86 lakh to Rs 35.50 lakh. GST and other applicable charges may be extra. Applications began on October 7, 2026, and the last date to apply is December 7, 2026. The draw for the flats is expected to be held on December 15, 2026.

All 209 of these DDA flats are in the Pragati-1 Group Housing Project. This project is located near the Zakhira Flyover on Rohtak Road.
