The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced a new housing initiative, the DDA Housing Investment Scheme 2026, offering interested individuals a chance to buy property in the national capital at discounted rates.
Under the scheme, 2,516 Low-Income Group (LIG) flats in Narela are available at a 25 per cent discount on a first-come, first-served basis. Following the discount, the effective starting cost for these units is Rs 14.95 lakh.

DDA Housing Investment Scheme 2026: Check Location
The flats are situated across Pocket 3 and Pocket 6 of Sectors G-2 to G-6 in Narela:
- Pocket 3: 1,020 LIG flats
- Pocket 6: 1,496 LIG flats
Dimensions: Each flat measures approximately 49.90 square meters, including the common area.
Flat Bookings To Begin On Tuesday At 12 PM
Bookings for the 2,516 discounted flats will open at 12 PM on Tuesday via the DDA Housing Portal. Interested buyers can view the detailed scheme brochure directly on the DDA website before applying.
How To Apply: Registration, Booking Fee And Extra Costs
Registration: Existing registered users on the DDA Housing Portal can log in directly; new users must first register.
Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of Rs 2,500.
Booking Deposit: A deposit of Rs 100,000 is required at the time of flat booking.
Additional Costs: The base price excludes maintenance fees, water connection charges, and conversion fees (where applicable), which will be billed separately at the time of issuing the allotment letter.
