Diljit Dosanjh Delhi Concert Cancelled: Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, whose live concerts have repeatedly faced denials, has now been denied permission for his scheduled October 30 Delhi concert. This development came amid ongoing protest scenarios in Delhi against SIR and CEC Gyanesh Kumar. Now, Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Thursday reacted to the matter and took a jibe at the government.

AAP Reacts To Denial Of Dijit Dosanjh's Concert
Not only Dipke, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Saurabh Bharadwaj also questioned the Delhi Police's move to deny NOC to Diljit's concert. He alleged a "possible bias" against progressive voices from Punjab.

He tweeted, "Why is Central Govt’s Delhi Police denying permission for concert of Diljit Dosanjh ? Is it a deep rooted bias against progressive voices of Punjab ? Indian Youth loves @diljitdosanjh and he is much loved in Punjab."
Speaking to ANI, the Delhi AAP President said that it is the country's misfortune that when an industrialist makes money or a star becomes a superstar, they start fearing the government. However, he praises Diljit and says, "Diljit Dosanjh is among the few artists who raised his voice for farmers when they were sitting at the borders and for students when police allegedly used brutality against them..."
He said that, according to him, the government is warning the superstars that if they speak against it, their work will be shut down. He said that, however, due to these actions, Diljit will become the superhero for the youth.

Punjab Min Aman Arora Reacts
Meanwhile, Punjab Minister Aman Arora also reacted to Delhi Police's decision on Diljit's concert. He said that the cancellation of the show makes it clear that BJP and the Central government cannot organise a show for a celebrated singer who is the pride of Punjab in the national capital.
He added, "Citing law and order concerns shows that the situation in Delhi, which comes under the Central government, has completely deteriorated. They should not lecture others on law and order."
Diljit's concert was scheduled to take place at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on October 30. However, the event reportedly did not receive a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) over security concerns amid the festive season.
