A shocking case has emerged from Madhya Pradesh's Indore district, where a 20-year-old girl allegedly killed her 75-year-old grandfather using a cricket bat. According to police officials, she told authorities that she committed the crime to take revenge because her grandfather had sexually abused her when she was a child.

The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday, when the girl rushed to her 75-year-old grandfather's house and attacked him. She accused her grandfather of sexually abusing her when she was a child.

According to preliminary information, an argument broke out with her parents over her returning home late, which triggered the college student’s childhood trauma, and she decided to avenge the abuse.

According to Ashok Singh Jadon, Additional Commissioner of Police, the woman left home around 3:00 AM on her motorcycle and went to her grandparents’ house, carrying a cricket bat along with her.

What Police Said

According to police officials, the granddaughter told the police that she had lived with her grandparents along with her parents as a young child. At the time, she alleged, her grandfather, who was a retired trooper of Madhya Pradesh’s Special Armed Force, would grope her and touch her inappropriately. When they talked about this with her parents at that time, they moved out and started staying separately.
