The accused is also seen reloading his gun in the midway and aggressively firing at the victims multiple times within minutes.
'Action In Self-Defence'
Upon being confronted by the family members, Rishabh Shukla, the accused, claimed that he shot the victims after he was brutally attacked by them with bricks. Shukla further claimed that his action was in "self defence", adding that his life was in danger. "Mujhe gummo se maara hai, tab goli maari hai maine," he is heard saying in the viral clips.
In one of the clips, the accused is seen first shooting Shambu Tiwari, followed by Shiva Tiwari and his son Suyash. Dressed in a white T-shirt and shorts, Shukla is seen roaming around the region and shouting despite the gathering of locals at the crime scene. One of the accused is also seen lying near a car after being shot in the leg, pleading for mercy and help.
UP Police In Action
