Tiger Shroff Firing Case: The investigation into the firing incident involving Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has revealed that 22-year-old Pranjal Thakral allegedly executed the operation on the instructions of mastermind Anil Pandit.

Thakral, who was arrested from Madhya Pradesh's Indore on Friday, provided a second pistol to one of the shooters and arranged logistics as well as funds for the shooters, according to an NDTV report.

The Mumbai Crime Branch views Thakral as a crucial link to reach Pandit, who is believed to be operating from the United States as part of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Who Is Pranjal Thakral?

Thakral holds a diploma in engineering and was released on bail in March. He was previously jailed for attacking a businessman in Panipat on Pandit's instructions.

Following his release, he allegedly resumed working with Pandit to plan an attack on Tiger Shroff in Mumbai's Juhu area. To evade police tracking, Pandit and Thakral allegedly communicated through a secret messaging application.

Thakral was produced before the holiday bench of the Killa Court on Sunday and was remanded to police custody until October 31. Investigators are currently analysing chats retrieved from Thakral's phone, along with his financial transactions, to trace Pandit's international network.

Tiger Shroff Firing Incident

The incident occurred on the evening of October 18 when two men allegedly opened fire at the actor's car as he was leaving the Pushpa Narsee Park, also known as the Pushpa Narsee Ground, in Juhu after playing football.

The shooters fled on a motorcycle to Andheri, travelled to Surat, and then boarded a train to Rajasthan. The three alleged shooters were later arrested in Rajasthan's Kota while attempting to escape to Nepal via Delhi.

According to reports, the gang had initially intended to target another high-profile personality in Mumbai but shifted their target to Shroff due to heavy security at the original location.
