Noida Protest News: Aditya Anand, the mastermind of the Noida violence, had been plotting the violent protests with provocative slogans in industrial areas four days before the incident. After being arrested by the police, Aditya Anand, associated with the Mazdoor Bigul squad, provided the police with crucial information.
According to sources cited by jagran.com, he was already preparing the script for the violence that erupted on April 13. On April 9, he had shown workers in Noida Phase 2 banners reading "Inquilab Zindabad" and had also chanted, "Stop the wheel of exploitation, only one brother to fight the owners." Aditya also shared it on his social media account. He also spread the word about the release of a joint demand letter from workers in the NCR.
Aditya Changed Appearance To Escape Police
Aditya had learned how to disguise himself and used it to avoid police attention during the Noida protests. After the violence, he attempted to flee to Tamil Nadu and even planned to leave India, but the police managed to apprehend him before he could escape.
When he first arrived in Noida, Aditya had long hair, and he was seen the same way during the protest on April 10. However, on April 11, he had undergone a haircut and returned to the protest with a different appearance.
His accomplices, Rupesh Roy and Manisha Chauhan, were arrested but Aditya initially managed to evade police due to his changed look. However, during a special surveillance of the violent protests, AI-based facial recognition software identified him, leading to his arrest.
As police retraced his escape route, they noticed he had changed his appearance multiple times, wearing a T-shirt at some points and a shirt at others. To escape the police, he changed his clothes multiple times while travelling from Delhi to Tamil Nadu.
Who Is Aditya Anand?
Aditya, an engineering graduate from NIT Bhubaneswar, worked for a private company. He left his job shortly after and joined the Mazdoor Bigul organisation. Posing as a reporter for the organisation, he had been visiting factories since 2022 and inciting workers there.

ATS Links X Accounts To Lucknow's ISI Module
The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has discovered a direct terror connection to the Noida violence. The ATS team discovered that the operators of the two X accounts, used to incite violence, had spoken several times with the handlers of terrorists arrested in Lucknow two weeks ago.
Posts were made on April 13 and 14 from two X-accounts named Anushi Tiwari Proud Indian Nabi, and Mir Ilyas INC. The handles allegedly spread fake information about the deaths in the Noida violence. These X accounts were found by the Gautam Buddha Nagar police during their investigation into the violence.
According to sources cited by jagran.com in their report, ATS believes that the arson in Noida was carried out in the pattern of the arson video found on the phones of terrorists arrested from Lucknow.
How Were Workers Connected, Incited?
Noida police unearthed the entire conspiracy where the three accused had reached Noida on March 31 and April 1.
On April 9 and 10, several WhatsApp groups were created, and workers were added to them
using QR codes. These groups were used to incite the mob, along with the aforementioned X handles.
