Jagran Correspondent, Dhanbad: Passengers travelling between Jharkhand and West Bengal should prepare for rail disruptions this week. Due to infrastructure development work in the Adra Division of South Eastern Railway, multiple train schedules have been affected.

Due to the traffic block taken by the railway, 8 short-distance trains have been completely cancelled, while 10 trains will terminate before their scheduled destination (short-terminate).

Fully Cancelled Trains: Check List

  • Bhaga - Adra MEMU (Up & Down): Cancelled in both directions on June 21.
  • Chandrapura - Bhojudih MEMU (Up & Down via Mahuda): Cancelled in both directions on June 21.
  • Adra - Asansol MEMU: Cancelled on select days this week (check daily schedules).
  • Adra - Midnapore MEMU: Cancelled on select days this week.

Partially Cancelled & Short-Terminated Trains

  • Chakradharpur-Gomoh MEMU (June 16, 19, and 21): Will only operate between Chakradharpur and Mahuda. Service between Mahuda and Gomoh is cancelled in both directions.
  • Asansol - Tatanagar MEMU: Will terminate early at Adra.
  • Asansol - Purulia MEMU: Will terminate early at Adra.
  • Tatanagar - Asansol - Barabhum MEMU: Will terminate early at Adra.
