The Indian Railways has decided to provide an experimental stop for the Ranchi-New Delhi-Ranchi Garib Rath Express (Train no. 12877/12878) at Mohammadganj station on the Sonnagar-Garhwa Road section for passenger convenience. This stoppage will be effective January 23.
Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express will arrive Mohammadganj station at 22:49 hrs and after a halt of two minutes will depart for onward journey at 22:51 hrs.
In the return direction, Train No. 12878 New Delhi-Ranchi Garib Rath Express will arrive Mohammadganj station at 03:36 am and will depart for its destination at 03:38 am.
This experimental stop will provide direct access to passengers from Mohammadganj and surrounding areas. They will now have greater convenience in traveling to major cities like Ranchi and New Delhi.
Experimental stoppage of Sealdah-Saharsa Express at Dhulian Ganga station
Keeping passenger convenience in mind, the railway administration has decided to provide an experimental stoppage for train number 13163/13164 Sealdah-Saharsa-Sealdah Express at Dhuliyan Ganga station, under Eastern Railway. This stoppage will be effective from January 23rd.
The Sealdah-Saharsa Express will arrive at Dhulian Ganga station at 03:02 am and, after a two-minute halt, will depart at 03:04 am. In the return direction, the Saharsa-Sealdah Express will arrive at the station at 23:33 pm and depart for its destination at 23:35 pm.
This experimental stoppage will provide great convenience to passengers in Dhuliyan Ganga and surrounding areas. Travel to major cities like Kolkata and Saharsa will be much easier. There has been a long-standing local demand for this train stoppage, and the Railways has taken this step in response.
