Messi's GOAT India Tour: Lionel Messi is all set to visit India, but if the fans want to shake hands with him, then they will have to pay a small price for it. The organisers of Messi's Goat tour have revealed a meet and greet event for a whopping amount of Rs 10 lakh.

If the fans want to shake hands and click a photo with him, then they will have to pay ten lakhs.

Messi will be landing in Kolkata on December 13 at 1.30 a.m. IST for his three-day tour in four cities. His first meet and greet event will be held at Hyatt Regency at 9.30 a.m. IST, but only those fans who are willing to pay such a whopping amount will get a chance to meet the legendary player. And that's why a low turnout is expected for this meet and greet.

So what does Rs 10 lakh get you?

The fans will get to shake hands with Messi, a group photo with him, and access to premium, which will have gourmet food and non-alcoholic drinks, along with a hospitality category ticket in Delhi. The organisers have described it as a “once in a lifetime” event, and with this amount, it will be.

Messi will be coming to India after winning the 48th title in his career, as he helped Inter Miami win their first MLS title, and this GOAT tour will be packed with glamour. For the next three days, he will be interacting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with Bollywood celebrities and chief ministers.

Satadru Dutta, who is the promoter of this event, has revealed that Messi won't be coming to India alone. He will be joined by his Barcelona teammates, Luis Suarez and World Cup winner Rodrigo De Paul, as they have also played with Messi for Inter Miami.

The price of tickets for fans will be Rs 4500 in most cities, but in Mumbai, it will be Rs 8250.

Messi is coming to India at a time when Indian football is going through its worst phase, but the fans are still excited.

Messi will first go to Kolkata, where he will be meeting the fans, before flying to Hyderabad, where he will be playing a 7x7 exhibition match with Telangana's Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He will then attend a charity fashion show in Mumbai, where his 2022 World Cup memorabilia will be up for auction, and then he will come to New Delhi for a meeting with the Prime Minister.

The Rs 10 lakh meet and greet is only available in Mumbai and Delhi, and this price is applicable for a single person.
