Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 FE in India alongside the Vivo X300 Ultra, taking the X300 series lineup to four models. The new FE variant arrives with a noticeable price jump compared to its predecessor, reportedly due to ongoing shortages of memory and key components.
The Vivo X300 FE starts at Rs 79,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The higher-end model with 512GB storage is priced at Rs 89,999. The company is offering an instant discount of up to 10 percent on purchases made using SBI, IDFC First Bank, and Axis Bank cards.

The smartphone will go on sale starting May 14 via Flipkart, Amazon, and the official Vivo India online store. It is available in Lilac Purple, Noir Black, and Urban Olive colour options.
Vivo is also offering accessories, including the Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 lens priced at Rs 15,999 and a telephoto extender kit available for Rs 3,999.
Vivo X300 FE Specifications And Features
The Vivo X300 FE runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and comes with a strong software promise, including five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.
It has a 6.31 inches AMOLED display that is capable of delivering resolution up to 1216 × 2640 pixels with 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It comes with an HDR10+ display feature, which provides a maximum brightness of 5000 nits with 94.38 percent display-to-body ratio and also has a SGS low blue light certification.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3nm process. It includes six efficiency cores clocked at 3.32GHz and two performance cores going up to 3.8GHz, paired with an Adreno 829 GPU. The device packs 12GB LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. For thermal management, Vivo has included a vapour chamber liquid cooling system with a large heat dissipation area.
Camera Setup
The Vivo X300 FE features a Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera system. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony IMX921 sensor and OIS, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with a Sony IMX882 sensor, OIS, and up to 100x digital zoom, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 115-degree field of view.
On the front, the phone gets a 50-megapixel selfie camera with autofocus. Moreover, it allows recording videos at up to 4K 60 fps.
Battery and Connectivity
The phone is powered by a 6,500mAh battery that provides fast charging of 90W and wireless charging of 40W. The connectivity features offered include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi (Dual Band), Bluetooth v6.0, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS, NavIC, and multiple global navigation systems.

The dimensions of the Vivo X300 FE are 150.83 x 71.76 x 7.99mm.
Overall, the Vivo X300 FE pushes into premium territory with flagship-level hardware, upgraded cameras, and a massive battery, but its pricing clearly positions it closer to high-end smartphones than a traditional “FE” offering.
