Ghaziabad: GDA Begins Plot Allotment For Madhuban Bapudham; 370 Farmers Receive Developed Plots
GDA has allotted developed residential plots to 370 farmers affected by land acquisition under the Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has allotted developed residential plots to farmers affected by land acquisition for the Madhuban Bapudham housing scheme, completing the first phase of the lottery process on Thursday. The draw, held at the Hindi Bhawan Auditorium, saw a large turnout of beneficiaries.

Authorities had earlier assured that farmers who provided land for the project would receive developed plots in return. In line with this commitment, 372 plots were allotted in the first round through a transparent lottery system.

Additional Secretary Pradeep Kumar Singh said that 370 farmers received plots, including 162 plots of 40 sq m, 90 plots of 60 sq m, and 120 plots of 90 sq m.

The second phase of the lottery will be conducted today (Friday) at the same venue, where plots will be allotted to the remaining 277 eligible farmers. This round will include larger plots ranging from 150 sq m to 2,382 sq m.
