Lucknow Traffic Advisory: Diversions Announced Ahead Of Rashtra Prerna Sthal Inauguration On Dec 25; Check Affected Routes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the Rashtra Prerna Sthal (National Inspiration Site) in Vasant Kunj on December 25, leading to traffic diversions on several routes in Lucknow. According to DCP Traffic Kamlesh Dixit, the diversions will be in effect from 11 pm on Tuesday until the conclusion of the programme on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Basantkunj, Lucknow, on December 25. Due to this, a diversion system will be in place on various routes in the city. 

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Traffic, Kamlesh Dixit, stated that the system will be implemented from 11 pm on Tuesday and will remain in effect until the conclusion of the programme on Wednesday. Commuters are advised to use alternative routes. In case of any traffic-related issues during this period, the control number 9454405155 can be contacted. 

The following arrangements will be in place: 

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Malihabad crossroads towards Bajnagar Kisan Path/Chhandoiya; instead, they can travel via Zero Point Mohaan Road. 

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Mujasa T-junction towards Bajnagar Kisan Path/Chhandoiya; instead, they can travel via Zero Point Mohaan Road.

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Bajnagar Kisan Path underpass towards Chhandoiya Bypass T-junction; instead, they can travel via the Kisan Path. 

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Kasmandi (Humsafar Lawn) underpass towards Andhe ki Chowki T-junction; instead, they can travel via the Kisan Path. 

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Chhandoiya Bypass T-junction towards the event venue/Bhitauli T-junction; instead, they can travel via Andhe ki Chowki T-junction, Bajnagar Kisan Path underpass to the Kisan Path, or via Dubagga T-junction. 

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Tikonia T-junction towards Dubagga T-junction/Chhandoiya Bypass T-junction; instead, they can travel via Nahar T-junction Mohaan Road, Khushhalganj market, and then via Khushhalganj Kisan Path underpass to the Kisan Path. 

- Heavy/large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Bhitauli T-junction towards the event venue/Chhandoiya Bypass T-junction; instead, they can travel via Sairpur T-junction, Asti Crossing, Bakshi Ka Talab, and then via Indaurabagh Kisan Path underpass to the Kisan Path, or via Engineering College crossroads. 

- Large/commercial vehicles will not be able to proceed from Naya Pakkapul T-junction/Kudiyaghat T-junction towards the event venue/Ghaila T-junction; instead, they can travel via Rumi Gate, Koneshwar crossroads, Balaganj crossroads, and Dubagga T-junction. 

- No vehicles will be able to proceed from Dubagga T-junction towards Chhandoiya or Sitapur Bypass; instead, they can travel via Tikonia T-junction. 

- No vehicles will be able to proceed from Nahar Pul T-junction towards Budheshwar; instead, they can travel via Zero Point or over the Kisan Path. 

Arrangements will also be changed in the city's outskirts: 

- Heavy vehicles travelling from Kanpur to Ambedkarnagar, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Ballia, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, etc., can travel via Kanpur, Fatehpur, Lalganj, Bachhrawan, Haidergarh, and the Purvanchal Expressway. 

- Heavy vehicles travelling from Unnao to Ambedkarnagar, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Ballia, Ghazipur, and Azamgarh can travel from Dahi Chowki in Kanpur-Unnao via Purwa, Maurawan, Bachhrawan, Haidergarh, and the Purvanchal Expressway and via Kanpur, Unnao (Lalaukheda), Bighapur, Lalganj, Gurubakshganj, and Bachhrawan to the Purvanchal Expressway. 

- Heavy vehicles travelling from Sitapur to Gonda, Manikapur, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Ballia, Ghazipur, and Azamgarh can travel via Chahlari and Bahraich to Gonda/Balrampur. 

- Buses/large/heavy vehicles travelling from Hardoi to Gonda, Manikapur, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Ballia, Ghazipur, and Azamgarh can travel from Hardoi via Baghauli, Bangarmau, Unnao (Lalaukheda), Bighapur, Lalganj, Gurubakshganj, and Bachhrawan to the Purvanchal Expressway.

- Heavy vehicles from Sultanpur Road/Haidergarh (Barabanki district): Buses/large/heavy vehicles travelling from Sultanpur Road to Gonda, Manikapur, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Ballia, Ghazipur, and Azamgarh can travel from Haidergarh via the Purvanchal Expressway. 

- Buses/large/heavy vehicles travelling from Raebareli Road to Gonda, Manikapur, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Ballia, Ghazipur, and Azamgarh can travel from Bachhrawan via Haidergarh to the Purvanchal Expressway. 

- Heavy vehicles travelling from Barabanki Road to Lucknow, Hardoi, Kanpur, Sitapur, Moradabad, Aligarh, and Delhi can travel via Haidergarh, Bachhrawan, Lalganj, Fatehpur, Chaudagra, and Chahlari Ghat in Bahraich via Sitapur.
