Magh Mela: The Transport Corporation's Lucknow region is set to operate 500 buses for the Magh Mela on the occasions of Mauni Amavasya and Vasant Panchami. On the remaining days, 100 buses will be operated daily.
On the main bathing day, 300 buses will run to the Belakachhar and Vidyavahini temporary bus stations. Of these, 110 buses will run from Raebareli depot, 80 from Charbagh, 50 from Awadh depot, 30 from Alambagh, and 30 from Barabanki.

Meanwhile, for Jhunsi and Patelbagh, 75 regular and 25 reserve buses will run from Kaiserbagh, 10 from the suburban depot, and 65 regular and 25 reserve buses from Haidergarh.
The operation of these buses will make it easier for devotees coming from distant places to reach the Mela area and will also alleviate the shortage of buses.
