Noida Traffic Advisory For Republic Day 2026: Ahead of the Republic Day celebrations, the Gautam Buddha Nagar Commissionerate Police have issued a traffic advisory, warning commuters of restrictions and diversions on key routes.
Speaking to Jagran.com, DCP Traffic Manisha Singh stated that the traffic diversions will be in effect from January 22 and will remain in place for the full dress rehearsal on January 23, as well as the main Republic Day Parade on January 26.
Noida Traffic Advisory For Republic Day 2026: Check Restrictions, Timings
- According to the traffic advisory, the restrictions will be in effect from 10 PM on January 22 until the conclusion of the Full Dress Rehearsal on January 23, and again from 10 PM on January 25 until the end of the Republic Day Parade on January 26.
- During this period, the entry of heavy goods vehicles, heavy, medium or light, into the national capital from Gautam Buddha Nagar will be restricted for security reasons.
- Commuters are advised to follow the designated diversion plan. However, emergency services, such as medical and fire vehicles, will be exempted from the ban.
Republic Day 2026 Traffic Advisory: Check Diversions
- Vehicles coming from Chilla Lal Batti and heading elsewhere into the national capital should take a U-turn at Chilla Lal Batti and proceed via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
- Vehicles entering the national capital from the DND border are advised to take a U-turn at the DND toll plaza and continue via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

- Vehicles entering from Kalindi Kunj Yamuna border will be diverted at the underpass intersection before the Yamuna River and proceed via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
- Vehicles entering Delhi via the Yamuna Expressway through the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway should take the alternate route via Falaida Cut, Khupura service road, Galgotia, Gautam Buddha University, Pushta Tiraha, Honda CL Chowk, Kasna town, and then onto the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
- Vehicles entering via Zero Point from the Yamuna Expressway and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will be diverted to Pari Chowk and proceed via the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

- Authorities have urged commuters to follow the traffic diversion plan and utilise alternate routes to avoid inconvenience.
- In case of any traffic-related problems, such as traffic congestion, commuters can report them to the helpline number at 9971009001 or via the Gautam Buddha Nagar Traffic Police’s X account.
