United States President Donald Trump’s daughter and former White House adviser Ivanka Trump is drawing public attention after sharing a 10-second video on X. In the video, she is seen on horseback riding along a beach with a beautiful sunset in Costa Rica. Wearing light-coloured sleeveless tops and white flowy pants, Ivanka seemed to enjoy the ride as she galloped a dark horse along the wet sand at the shoreline.

However, what caught the attention of netizens was the comment section being turned off on the post. The video posted on X, displayed the message that “only some accounts can reply.” Following this, some users shared the clip from different X handles and criticised her relaxed outing which comes at a time when Trump’s handling of the Iran war and Gaza has drawn significant criticism.
Netizens React To Video
Some users also targeted her husband Jared Kushner, who recently travelled to Ukraine, along with special envoy Steve Witkoff for talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an attempt to end the war with Russia. A user sharing the video, wrote, "Americans: We can’t afford gas, food or tuition Trump Family: here’s a video of Kai’s luxury dorm, Ivanka riding a horse and we’re also gonna rename both New Mexico and Lake Ontario ‘America’."
Another user, criticising the video, wrote, “Ivanka Trump posts a weird video of her torturing a horse who was mentally broken, physically beaten and now hooked with metal bits to prevent resistance, all while her father's regime rounds up & murders horses. The Trump family & their MAGA cult are a stain on this planet!”
A third user also pointed to rising economic challenges and slammed her for posting such a video. “How tone-deaf & entitled does Ivanka have to be, to post a video of herself galloping a horse across a deserted beach - while we endure skyrocketing gas & grocery prices that were caused by her father,” the user added.
Iran-US Conflict
Meanwhile, the conflict between Iran and the US has entered a new phase, with both sides resuming attacks against each other. Last week, the US carried out a major military operation around the Strait of Hormuz, striking nearly 60 Iranian military targets and providing armed protection to 40 commercial vessels carrying around 18 million barrels of oil. Iranian officials also stated that the latest US strikes have caused civilian casualties.
Iran also responded to the attacks by targeting American bases and assets in several locations across the region. Iranian attacks targeted US bases and assets in Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq's semi-autonomous Kurdistan region and the United Arab Emirates on September 2.
