Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Israel’s Tel Aviv on Wednesday, drawing global attention as the location of his plane became the most searched worldwide. Data from Flightradar24, a platform that tracks aircraft movements around the world, showed that 7,184 people were tracking his aircraft live when it entered Jordan from Saudi Arabia at 3:45 pm. Data at 4 pm showed as many as 9,225 users tracking the flight en route to Tel Aviv.
What Route Did PM Modi Take For Israel Visit?
PM Modi's plane reached Israel via the Arabian Sea, avoiding the airspace of Pakistan and Iran. The plane departed from New Delhi's Palam Air Force Station, crossed the Arabian Sea via Gujarat, and reached Oman. From there, it entered the Israeli border via Saudi Arabia and Jordan, where it landed at Tel Aviv's Gurion International Airport.

PM Modi Departed On Air India One
The Prime Minister arrived in Israel on Air India One. This aircraft is the Indian government's most security-critical aircraft, used by the Prime Minister and other high-ranking officials. These aircraft include command centers, secure communications, and defense systems. The typical journey from India to Israel takes 6-7 hours.

At the invitation of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, PM Modi is undertaking a state visit to Israel from February 25 to 26. This marks the Prime Minister's second visit to Israel, following his 2017 trip when he became the first-ever Indian Prime Minister to visit the country.
The two leaders will review the significant progress made in the India-Israel Strategic Partnership and discuss further opportunities in various areas of cooperation, including science and technology, innovation, defence and security, agriculture, water management, trade and economy, and people-to-people exchanges.
