Vance To Lead US Delegation

The meeting will take place at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad, which has now been turned into a high-security zone. The dialogue aims to strengthen the temporary ceasefire and prevent further escalation in the Middle East. According to The Wall Street Journal report, citing sources, an Iranian delegation arrived in Pakistan’s capital late Thursday. However, there is no official confirmation of it. The Iranian delegation is reportedly led by foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, and Parliament speaker, Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf. Whereas the US’ delegation includes VP JD Vance, Special envoy Steve Witkoff, and US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.
