MHADA Housing Projects: In the districts of Pune, Solapur, Sangli, Satara, and Kolhapur, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will hold an online auction for 52 retail shops and 28 office buildings. As to Rahul Sakore, Chief Officer of MHADA's Pune Board, interested parties can apply via the official websites www.eauction.mhada.gov.in and www.mhada.gov.in.

Along with the auction, qualified general-category applicants will now have the opportunity to bid on unsold residential apartments under the 15% Social Housing Scheme and 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme that were left unclaimed following the previous lottery rounds.

MHADA has implemented a completely online application and registration process at https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in in order to guarantee transparency. Flats will be distributed in real time to qualified candidates as they become available.

There will be no need for in-person meetings or documentation because applicants will obtain their digitally signed allocation letters via their registered login accounts.

MHADA Pune intends to build affordable housing projects via the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U). Interested applicants must register in advance at the government's unified portal: https://pmaymis.gov.in.
