Mumbai News: A disturbing incident has come to light from Mumbai where a 51-year-old woman was allegedly stripped naked, recorded at gunpoint, and threatened with the release of her private photos and videos if she spoke out about the incident.
The 51-year-old businesswoman has filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police in which she named Joy John Pascal Post, the Managing Director and founder member of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals, NDTV reported. In her complaint, she alleged that the Managing Director of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals (FIPPL) had invited her under the pretext of a meeting and upon arrival, she was allegedly subjected to harassment and forced to strip at gunpoint.

The accused allegedly hurled abuses at the businesswoman, recorded her nude videos and photos, and threatened to make the material public if she reported the incident, the report added. Following her complaint, the Mumbai Police have registered a case against Post and five other individuals under sections relating to sexual harassment, assault, and criminal intimidation. An investigation is underway.
Kolkata Woman Allegedly Abducted, Drug-Spiked And Sexually Assaulted
Another disturbing case was reported in Kolkata last week, on November 29. The incident occurred around 9 PM while the woman was waiting for a cab she had booked on the app, NDTV reported. A car arrived, but instead of her booked taxi, with three men, one of whom was an acquaintance she had been in contact with for three months.
The men allegedly dragged the woman inside the car and forced her to drink alcohol that was believed to be spiked with drugs before being physically abused. Following the assault, the car dropped the survivor in the Maidan area and immediately drove away. The woman was rescued and rushed to SSKM hospital for treatment.
