Mumbai Local AC Train: The Western Railway has announced that certain AC local train services in Mumbai will temporarily operate as non-AC trains on March 27 and 28, 2025. This announcement was made on March 26 through a post on social media platform X. However, the railway authorities have not provided any specific reasons for this change.

Affected services include several popular routes, with key trains running between Nalasopara and Churchgate, as well as Borivali and Churchgate. Passengers using these routes should be aware of this adjustment over the two-day period.

Mumbai AC Local Train: Affected Train

In a statement posted on X, the Western Railway detailed which specific AC services would be impacted. The following trains will run as non-AC local services on the designated dates:

NSP94006: Nalasopara to Churchgate, departing at 04:50 hrs

BO94009: Churchgate to Borivali, departing at 06:35 hrs

BO94014: Borivali to Churchgate, departing at 07:46 hrs

BO94019: Churchgate to Borivali, departing at 08:46 hrs

BO94026: Borivali to Churchgate, departing at 09:35 hrs

BO94031: Churchgate to Borivali, departing at 10:32 hrs

BO94036: Borivali to Churchgate, departing at 11:23 hrs

VR94041: Churchgate to Virar, departing at 12:16 hrs

VR94054: Virar to Churchgate, departing at 13:34 hrs

VR94061: Churchgate to Virar, departing at 15:07 hrs

VR94074: Virar to Borivali, departing at 16:48 hrs

BO94076: Borivali to Churchgate, departing at 17:28 hrs

VR94079: Churchgate to Virar, departing at 18:22 hrs

VR94092: Virar to Churchgate, departing at 19:51 hrs

BY94097: Churchgate to Bhayandar, departing at 21:23 hrs

The Divisional Railway Manager issued a travel alert urging passengers to take note of the service changes. “Attention Mumbai Local Passengers! On March 27 and 28, some AC local train services will operate as regular non-AC locals. Please refer to the list below for the affected trains. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause,” the post stated.
