Users Say, ‘Don’t Show Pictures, Give Detail On Operation’

As Mumbai Metro shared the pictures of the station, users flocked to the comment section and enquired about the launch of the service for public operation. A user expressed his frustration with the delay of the service and said that he was not interested in the first look, but in the details about the start of the service. He wrote, “Please don't show the first look, give us the details when the service will start, nowadays social media is used less for information and more for TRP and useless space filling.”

Mumbai Metro Aqua Line Update: Public Launch Soon

The launch of the underground Metro Line 3 is likely to take place soon, as the final and critical step to receive safety certification is underway. The Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) has begun final safety inspections on the 9.77 km stretch days ago.

The CMRS inspection will cover various aspects, including civil works, tracks, power systems, emergency plans, and other safety essentials. Once the inspection is complete and the CMRS gives its approval, this section of the metro line will be ready for commercial operations.
