Mumbai Bomb Threat: Mumbai Airport and Nair Hospital reportedly received a bomb threat through email on Saturday, creating panic among the top officials. The mail threat for the hospital was sent on the dean's official ID at around 11 pm, reported News 18. While the Mumbai police did not find anything suspicious yet, it launched a probe into the matter to trace the sender of the email. The key structures of the city received bomb threats just a day after the Mumbai Police arrested a person from Noida for sending fake bomb threats.
Earlier on Sunday, the Mumbai Crime Branch arrested Ashwin Kumar Supra (50), the accused from Noida, for sending bomb blast threats. The officials also seized his phone and SIM card used to make the threat. While providing details, the police informed that the accused originally belongs to Bihar, adding that he sent the threats to frame a friend in an act of revenge.
