The Mumbai Police issued a traffic advisory ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Shivaji Park, Dadar, scheduled for Thursday, November 14. Temporary traffic restrictions and diversions will be enforced in and around Dadar to accommodate the event, which is expected to draw significant crowds, including Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and numerous BJP supporters from across Maharashtra.
The advisory specifies that traffic will be regulated from 10 am to midnight on November 14. Major thoroughfares, including the Western and Eastern Express Highways, are expected to see increased vehicular movement. Restrictions will apply to several key roads around Shivaji Park, with no-parking zones set up to facilitate crowd management and ensure safety.
Mumbai Traffic Advisory November 14: Affected Roads
- S V S Road (Baba Saheb Worlikar Chowk to Hari Om junction)
- Entire Keluskar Road (North and South), M B Raut Marg, and other surrounding streets in Shivaji Park, Dadar
- Pandurang Naik Marg, Dadasaheb Rege Marg and Lt Dilip Gupte Marg
- L J Road, N C Kelkar Road, T H Kataria Road, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, Tilak Road, Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan Road, Thadani Road and Dr Annie Besant Road
Vehicular traffic on certain stretches of S V S Road will also be rerouted if necessary to reduce congestion, the traffic advisory stated.

Designated Parking Arrangements
For attendees, designated parking areas have been arranged:
- Bus parking along Senapati Bapat Marg from Mahim Railway Station to Tilak Bridge
- Lady Jehangir Road near Ruia Junction, Nathalal Parikh Road and other identified areas in Matunga
- Additional bus parking along Pandurang Budhkar Marg, R.A.K. 4 Road and Worli Bus Depot area
- Car parking at Kamgar Stadium, Kohinoor PPL, India Bulls Finance Center, Raheja PPL and Narayan Hardikar Marg, among others.

Temporary no-parking zones will be imposed in Khar West on roads 17 to 20, specifically on streets connecting Chitrakar Dhurandhar Marg to South Avenue Junction.
These measures aim to streamline traffic flow and enhance public safety throughout the rally. The Mumbai Police advised citizens to be aware of these restrictions and plan their travel accordingly.
